Tracking facility
All of our gifts are sent by recorded post and require a signature before they can be delivered.
This enables us to track your gifts to ensure their safe arrival. If you would like to check the status of a delivery then please contact us stating your name and order number.
Actual postage costs
Within the UK postage costs £2.99 for all orders below £20 when standard shipping is selected.
Orders greater than £20 but less than £50 shipping is £4.99
Any orders over £50 are shipped free of charge using standard Royal Mail signed for delivery within the UK, upgrade to next day delivery for only £7.99
Guaranteed next working day delivery costs only £7.99 on UK orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 1.00pm.
Special Notes
Orders received after 1.00pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Any orders received after 1.00pm on a Friday or any that are received on Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery on the Tuesday (if next day delivery has been chosen).
We will endeavour to ship goods ordered after 1.00pm Monday to Friday but this cannot be guaranteed, please call to confirm when you place your order if you need the gift shipped that day and we will do all we can to send it for you.
We do not send to hospitals Due to parcels becoming delayed in hospital postal systems we do not ship to hospitals. Instead we recommend that you wait until the new parents are back home, we can delay posting items if required.
