All of our gifts are delivered by recorded post and require a signature before they can be delivered.
This enables us to track your gifts to ensure their safe arrival. If you would like to check the status of a delivery then please contact us stating your name and order number.
Actual postage costs
Within the UK postage costs £2.99 for orders below £20, and £4.99 for orders below £50 when standard shipping is selected.
Guaranteed next working day delivery using DHL courier costs £8.50 on UK orders below £50 placed on Monday to Thursday before 1.00pm.
Any orders over £50 are shipped free of charge by DHL courier within the UK
Outside the UK postage is charged at a flat cost of £18 per shipment. NOTE, we recommend choosing a smaller gift basket to prevent possible delays in customs.
Special Notes Orders received after 1.00pm may not be dispatched until the following day and any orders received after 1.00pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
We will endeavour to ship goods ordered after 1.00pm the same day, please call to confirm when you place your order.
Delivery to hospitals Due to parcels becoming delayed in hospital postal systems we do not ship to hospitals. Instead we recommend that you wait until the new parents are back home, we can delay posting items if required.
