Q: Can you deliver my order direct to the new parents?
Yes: Simply choose the option to enter the different delivery address in the checkout.

Q: Can I add a message with my gifts?
Yes: Simply add the message in the basket alongside the product, we don't charge extra for messages.

Q: Do you send any invoices / receipts with the parcel?
No: We only send the gifts to the delivery address with your personal message.

Q: How do I know that they have received the gift?
Every parcel we send has a unique tracking number and has to be signed for on delivery.
